The owners of 162 Forrest Hill Road, Forrest Hill, Auckland decided to take the property to Auction on the 5th of June. Team Winnie ran a 3 week auction campaign so we had 3 weeks of open homes plus private viewings. During our campaign we had 3 registered bidders, two of those bidders were active bidding on the night. We sold the property under the hammer at auction.
